Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements in accordance with professional standards and methodologies.
- Lead and motivate audit teams to achieve high performance and quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of audit reports and communicate findings to clients.
- Assess risks and internal controls to provide sound audit recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in external audit with a reputed firm.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
